James Renegade is truly a driving force in the Pacific Northwest EDM community. His never-ending obsession with Electronica began when James set his hands on a pair of dusty turntables. Dance music was still very new to him at that time, but he was immediately captivated by the pounding bass lines and catchy melodies. Four months later he played his first gig at a local nightclub called "The Cool School Cafe". And from that point on, James knew that he'd found his calling in life.

James Renegade's energy behind the decks and natural ability to work the crowd into a frenzy, is unparalleled to anyone else in the Portland circuit. Every time he plays, he plays for his audience. In the past few years, James has been on a steady rise with a rapidly growing fan base. Playing out of state consistently and throwing events has earned his spot as a staple in the Portland underground dance community.

He is called by many to be "One of the hardest working DJ's/Promoter's in Portland." And the numbers just keep on growing! His "intoxicating" signature blend of Dirty Electro-House, Bass heavy Breakbeats and Hard-Style, has left dance floors begging for more in his 6 year career as a DJ. His determination has landed him bookings in nearly every major city in the Pacific NW. Portland, Seattle, Bend, Eugene and most recently James has received top billing in Oakland CA, Dallas TX and Salt Lake City UT!

James Renegade has been featured on various worldwide radio stations such as afterhoursdjs.org, ibreaks.co.uk with host Jaden and local radio stations in the Northwest such as Seattle's c89.5 FM "The Vortex". James has received top billing at some of the hottest 21+ clubs in the NW such as Trinity, Dirty, Pala, The Baltic room, Aura and The Greek Cusiana just to name a few. Not only is James a talented DJ, but he's the owner of "Ground Breaking Events" (G.B.E.) a successful production company that has thrown many memorable events in Portland such as Rave to the grave, Breakdown, Nintechno, Big Bang Theory, Green, Together, Do you like bass? and Vibe alive.

James Renegade has shared the bill with industry heavyweights such as Wolfgang Gartner, Frankie Bones, Miles Dyson, Lazy Rich, Rabbit in the moon (Live), The Space men (Live), Donald Glaude, DJ Bam Bam, Forest Green, The Global Deejays, Dave Aude, Kelly Reverb, Myagi, Mike Balance, Phil York, Sean Tyas, Deep Voices, Woody Mcbride, Blutonium Boy, Hyper, Venom, Ryle and all the biggest names in the Pacific NW. Most recently James has been in the studio working on original tracks & remix's with local artists. He was also asked to join one of Oregon's top event companies "Kaos Kreations" and Seattle's own Tap Tap productions. The sky is the limit for this young up and comer!
